[Property]:
It’s dark blue powder, easy to dissolve into water wetting solvent such as water and alcohol, etc. It is bright blue, insoluble in organic solvent with no change in color within PH4-8. It will not fade for 60min at 120°C, resist light with good heat durability and strong dyeing power.
[Process]:
Coloration glucoside extracted from gardenia fruit by means of warm water adding amino acid and made from fermenting, inactivation, filtration, refining and drying by means of ?-galactosidase. It is blue.
[Usage]:
It is used in coloring of common foods such as hard candy, soft candy, cookie, cake, ice cream, dairy products, can, beverage and juice, etc.

It’s generally 0.2‰~2‰.
