Light yellow or red liquid or powder. Water solution is bright golden yellow with strong dyeing power, most suitable for PH3-10 and good light resistance. It’s stable within 180 ℃. It has good stability for metal ion with no influence when it is mixed with some common food additives such as sucrose, tea polyphenols and sodium benzoate, etc.
